Dear Mr. Shaw –
I just wanted to tell you about one of your employees that has gone above and beyond the call of duty, and all with a smile on her face. My flood insurance was major messed up, and the flood company ran her around for almost 3 months, as she tried to get the policy correctly rated. After much due diligence, today finally the mess was cleaned up and my policy was issued with the correct rates and coverages. Not only do I know have the coverage I needed, but the bank is satisfied as well. Give that girl a gold star! I myself will be buying her a pickle and a slurpee!
