In order to respond to these requests in an orderly fashion we have developed a new procedure to facilitate a timely, accurate and "first time final" process.
If you would like to request a change to the mortgagee or lienholder interest clause on an existing policy please submit your request according to the following instructions.
Required Information Includes:
***Requests with complete information will be processed within 48 hours or less***
When using the online form please send your supporting documents to this fax number: 239-939-7172, with a cover sheet clearly indicating the Named Insured and your name and specify that they are in support of an online submission.
We will notify you via email of receipt of your complete request submission at the time it is logged for processing. We will also notify you of receipt of an incomplete request but we will not schedule it for processing until all missing information has been submitted.
If for some reason, you cannot comply with these requirements your request will be routed for "special handling". However, this procedure will add 3 business days to the minimum processing time.
