As a new customer with your agency, I wanted to comment on my experience dealing with Karen and Sandy. My professional career was in the multi-line insurance business and for 37 years was a manager with responsibilities of recruiting and training agents and their staff. So I have some expertise when it comes to recognizing quality staff people in an insurance office.

My situation was mildly complicated since I handle the insurance for two households on Ft. Myers Beach. Karen and Sandy were both a delight to deal with as we put the pieces together. Sandy's service for me in the last week is well worth a positive comment. It was a pleasure working with her to get the proper wind mitigation forms required by Universal. She knew what was needed and was helpful getting it resolved. Her prompt response to my e-mail with the proper forms attached was exceptional!

My husband Norman and I are new clients with Tim Shaw Insurance. Sandy Salazar has taken care of us beautifully. She is knowledgeable personable, and efficient. She was able to get Norman the information he wanted about golf cart liability while we were with her in the office within minutes. In the past these were questions he could never get satisfactorily answered.
Diane Wiles and two other women came aboard to search and obtain the best coverage and prices for us. After the companies were selected Diane explained the policies and took all our questions.
